$550.00
A half-day float trip is a great way to experience the river in less time. Perfect for getting in a little fishing before an afternoon flight or trying out drift boat fishing for the first time. Half-day trips last around 4 hours but can be slightly tailored to fit your scheduling needs. Fishing gear is included in the float. Anglers booking a half-day are responsible for providing their own fishing licences beforehand. Due to drive times, half-day fishing trips are limited to the Madison River Only.
$750.00
Full-day floats are the bread and butter of Double Hall Outfitters. Usually lasting around 7-8 hours, the Full Day option allows you to cover up to 14 miles of river in one day. This allows fishermen to maximize their time on the water, giving them the best chance at finding that trophy. Full Day floats also includes a scenic lunch along the riverside. With the whole day available, other rivers may be considered; the Madison River is typically the main option.
Body’s of water available for guided fishing trips include our home waters of the Madison River, as well as the Jefferson, Yellowstone, and the Missouri Rivers. The Madison is typically the first choice and tends to be the most consistent fishing however the surrounding rivers can be equally as breathtaking. Due to the long drives to the Yellowstone and Missouri rivers, an additional $100 charge is added to cover gas and mileage.

Weather:
The weather in Montana can be very unpredictable and change at a moment's notice. We unfortunately cannot refund any portion of the trip due to undesirable weather conditions. This includes but is not limited to: rain, snow, wind, or freezing temperatures. Some of these conditions are more seasonal, but we can see them at any time. The most common is wind. Watch the forecast, but we will do our best to work around these conditions to make the most out of the day. Sometimes these conditions can make for some great fishing.
What to bring:
Guides will provide rods, reels, tackle, non-alcoholic beverages, and will also have extra rain jackets on board.
